Your NetXFilms membership will remain active until it is cancelled or terminated. To use the NetXFilms service, you must have access to the Internet, a NetXFilms-ready device, and at least one valid payment method.
A “Payment Method” means a current and accepted payment option that can be updated from time to time, which may include payment through accounts with third-party payment providers.
Unless you cancel your membership before your next billing date, you authorize NetXFilms to charge the subscription fee for the upcoming billing cycle using your selected Payment Method (see the section on “Cancellation” below).

Eligibility for these Offers is determined solely by NetXFilms. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend an Offer if we determine that a user does not meet the required eligibility criteria.

The subscription fee for the NetXFilms service, along with any additional charges related to your use of the platform (including applicable taxes or transaction fees), will be billed to your Payment Method on the payment date displayed in your account.
The billing cycle depends on the subscription plan you selected during registration.
In some situations, your billing date may change. This could occur if your payment method fails, if you change your subscription plan, or if your subscription began on a date that does not appear in a particular calendar month.

NetXFilms may also authorize your Payment Method in advance of subscription charges, including pre-authorizing an amount equal to approximately one month of service when you first register.

3.2 Payment Methods
Access to the NetXFilms service requires at least one valid Payment Method.
You authorize NetXFilms to charge any payment option connected to your account if your primary Payment Method is declined or unavailable.
You remain responsible for any unpaid balances on your account.

3.3 Updating Payment Methods
You may update or change your Payment Methods at any time through the Account section of the NetXFilms platform.
NetXFilms may also update your payment details based on information provided by payment service providers. After any update, you authorize NetXFilms to continue charging the applicable payment method for subscription fees.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your NetXFilms membership at any time. After cancellation, you will still have access to the NetXFilms service until the end of your current billing period.
Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, and NetXFilms does not provide refunds or credits for unused membership time or partially used billing periods.
To cancel your membership, visit the Account section and follow the cancellation instructions.
If your membership was purchased through a third-party provider, cancellation may need to be completed through that provider’s account settings.
3.5 Changes to Pricing and Plans
